Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Change of mind or dislike is not eligible for return.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed in case of:
- Size issues (for stitched items)
- Damaged or defective products
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Customers may be required to pay delivery charges for exchanges.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is out of stock for exchange
- A valid issue (damage/defect) is confirmed
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Refund will be issued via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn items
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased on sale or discount (optional — you can remove if you want)
