Return Policy

  • Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Change of mind or dislike is not eligible for return.
 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed in case of:
    • Size issues (for stitched items)
    • Damaged or defective products
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Customers may be required to pay delivery charges for exchanges.
 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • The product is out of stock for exchange
    • A valid issue (damage/defect) is confirmed
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
  • Refund will be issued via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash.
